Patrick Garcia is a seasoned U.S. Army Warrant Officer and Counterintelligence 

(CI) professional with over twenty years of distinguished service and expertise in 

Counterintelligence, Counter–Insider Threat (C-InT), and national security operations.

His career 

spans military, federal, and contractor roles in both garrison and deployed environments, marked 

by exceptional performance in investigative, operational, and analytical disciplines across Joint, 

Interagency, and Coalition settings.

Patrick began his career as a Counterintelligence Special Agent in 2003, quickly establishing 

himself as a capable leader and technical expert in intelligence operations. 

His assignments took 

him across the globe—from the battlefields of Iraq to strategic postings in Japan and throughout 

Latin and Central America—where he directed CI operations, managed investigations, and 

conducted critical liaison with U.S. and allied intelligence and law enforcement partners. His 

leadership in Iraq earned him a Bronze Star for conducting over 25 tactical missions and 

contributing to the capture of multiple high-value targets.

Throughout his Army tenure, 

Patrick served in key leadership roles, including 

Counterintelligence (CI) Team Chief, Special Agent in Charge, and CI Case Officer. He 

spearheaded initiatives in Force Protection Source Operations, Counterintelligence Surveillance 

Detection, and Research & Technology Protection, significantly enhancing U.S. intelligence 

capabilities abroad. His operational acumen was complemented by an ability to train, mentor, 

and lead teams in high-pressure environments—skills he later leveraged as a Counterintelligence 

Instructor at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

Following his military service, Patrick transitioned seamlessly into federal and defense 

contracting roles, continuing to strengthen the nation’s security architecture. His work includes 

critical contributions as a Counter-Insider Threat Management Analyst with the Defense Insider 

Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC), a Counterintelligence Specialist for the 

Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and a Case Manager for the National GeospatialIntelligence Agency (NGA). 

In these positions, he developed policy, conducted insider threat 

assessments, and provided senior-level intelligence analysis supporting the Department of 

Defense, the Intelligence Community, and partner agencies.

Currently serving as a Senior Counter–Insider Threat Analyst with Gemini, Inc., Patrick provides 

advanced intelligence research, analytical reporting, and operational support for national security 

missions. 

Concurrently, he serves as a contracted Credentialed Background Investigator with 

General Dynamics, conducting complex federal investigations for the Department of Homeland 

Security (DHS), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Immigration and 

Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Defense intelligence Agency (DIA).

Patrick’s educational foundation includes a Master of Science in Administration and Homeland 

Security from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management 

from DeVry University. 

He has also completed extensive military and technical training, 

including the Warrant Officer Counterintelligence Basic Course, J2X/CI/HUMINT Management 

Course, Insider Threat Detection Analysis Course, and Federal Law Enforcement Training 

programs.

Brendan Dodd is a U.S. Army veteran and experienced law enforcement professional with a proven record of leadership, integrity, and operational excellence.

 From an early age, Brendan was drawn to structure, service, and the pursuit of purpose. That calling led him to enlist in the United States Army, where he developed the foundation of discipline, accountability, and teamwork that continues to guide his work today. Through military service, he learned not only the value of precision and mission focus, but also how to lead under pressure—skills that would later prove invaluable in the world of law enforcement and private investigations. 

Following his military career, Brendan transitioned into law enforcement, quickly distinguishing himself as a capable and driven investigator. Over six years of service, he worked a wide variety of cases including fraud, cybercrime, missing persons, and major criminal investigations. As a detective and squad investigator, Brendan managed complex caseloads, coordinated multi-agency operations, and was entrusted with high-profile assignments requiring confidentiality, judgment, and attention to detail.

During his tenure, Brendan also served with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, where he conducted in-depth cyber investigations into digital evidence, online exploitation, and forensic recovery. The work demanded not only technical expertise but also an ability to balance empathy with objectivity in emotionally challenging cases. His time in ICAC solidified his belief that truth and accountability must remain at the heart of every investigation. 

In addition to investigative work, Brendan’s leadership skills became a defining feature of his career. Whether managing a team of detectives, training new recruits, or leading field operations, he consistently emphasized mentorship, communication, and ethical decision-making.
