Peter Arnold serves as the Chief Compliance Officer of SII, where he oversees the organization’s Human Resources and Legal Compliance divisions while supporting enterprise-wide operational governance and strategic risk management initiatives.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning business development, product management, software engineering, and organizational leadership, Peter brings a multidisciplinary approach to compliance, operational structure, and corporate oversight. His background includes leadership roles across industries such as information technology, financial trading, steel manufacturing, mining, healthcare, and senior living, where he successfully aligned cross-functional teams and implemented scalable operational frameworks in complex, high-growth environments.

At SII, Peter is responsible for strengthening internal compliance systems, overseeing policy development, supporting legal and contractual review processes, and ensuring organizational alignment with operational standards and regulatory requirements. He also leads strategic HR initiatives focused on workforce development, accountability, organizational structure, and internal performance systems designed to support the company’s long-term growth.

Peter’s leadership experience includes driving go-to-market strategies, scaling product and service operations, and contributing to significant enterprise growth initiatives, including helping increase SAF’s market capitalization by more than 400% and supporting the growth of IR’s IPO valuation from $80 million to $300 million.

Combining deep technical fluency with executive-level operational insight, Peter plays a critical role in ensuring SII maintains disciplined internal infrastructure while continuing to scale nationally. His dual United States and Australian citizenship also brings valuable global perspective and international business experience to the organization.

Known for his analytical leadership style and ability to implement structure within rapidly evolving organizations, Peter helps ensure SII operates with professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence across all divisions.

Eric Jordan serves as the Advisory Board Member & Chief Collaboration Officer of SII, where he oversees strategic acquisitions, enterprise growth initiatives, executive partnerships, and high-level business development operations across the organization.

A retired United States Air Force Reserve Colonel with more than 36 years of distinguished military and aerospace leadership experience, Eric brings a rare combination of operational command expertise, global defense relationships, and executive-level commercial strategy to SII. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale programs, managed international operations, and worked alongside some of the world’s most recognized aerospace and defense organizations.

Prior to joining SII, Eric held senior leadership roles across the defense, aerospace, and technology sectors, including executive positions with GE Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, L3 Link Simulation & Training, and Defense & Development Enterprises. His experience spans strategic growth execution, acquisitions support, government relations, aerospace operations, pilot training, and multinational program management.

During his tenure at GE Aerospace, Eric served as Senior Director of Global Accounts, overseeing executive-level relationships and strategic initiatives tied to Lockheed Martin aircraft programs. 

He also held leadership roles involving international test operations, military aviation systems, and defense modernization initiatives supporting both domestic and allied nation operations.

Eric’s military background includes serving as a Commander, Staff Officer, Pilot, FEMA Region 6 Liaison Officer, Chief Pilot, Chief Evaluator, Acceptance Test Pilot, and Instructor Pilot across multiple high-profile aviation programs. His career reflects extensive experience leading mission-critical operations, advising senior leadership, and managing complex defense partnerships on a global scale.

At SII, Eric leads collaboration efforts involving strategic acquisitions, enterprise partnerships, government and defense sector engagement, and organizational expansion initiatives. His leadership supports the company’s long-term vision of becoming a nationally recognized force within the security, intelligence, and investigative industries.

Juno Zarzoso serves as the Chief Communications Officer of SII, where he oversees the organization’s branding, communications strategy, creative direction, and public identity across all divisions. 

With more than a decade of professional design and communications experience, Juno plays a critical role in shaping the company’s visual presence, messaging standards, and market positioning within the security and intelligence industries.

In 2018, Juno founded Nexa Graphic Design Studio, where he developed creative branding, digital media, and strategic marketing assets for more than 300 companies and entrepreneurs throughout the United States and United Kingdom. His work spans multiple industries and reflects a strong focus on premium branding, modern visual identity systems, and high-impact communication strategies designed to elevate organizational perception and engagement.

Throughout his career, Juno has built and led creative teams, mentored developing designers, and implemented scalable design systems that support long-term organizational growth. His leadership combines creativity with strategic execution, ensuring that branding and communication efforts align with broader business objectives and enterprise expansion initiatives.

 Lamar Moore serves as the Director of Client Relations at SII, where he oversees client onboarding operations, account relationship management, and a team of Account Analysts responsible for expanding and managing client acquisition efforts across multiple states.

With a professional background rooted in leadership, discipline, and operational development, Lamar brings a people-focused approach to client engagement and organizational growth. 

His career reflects a strong commitment to building trust, developing high-performing teams, and delivering solutions that create long-term value for clients and organizations alike.

Born in Tampa, Florida and raised in Tifton, Georgia, Lamar developed a strong foundation in consistency, accountability, and performance through athletics. He competed at Georgia Southwestern State University before continuing his athletic career professionally overseas in Spain. His experience in competitive sports helped shape the leadership mindset and resilience that continue to define his professional approach today.

Following his athletic career, Lamar transitioned into leadership and operational management roles, where he gained extensive experience in team development, customer relations, and business operations. In 2020, he entered the financial services industry as an independent broker with Symmetry Financial Group and later founded Moore Legacy Builders, where he built and mentored a growing team of licensed agents focused on financial education and long-term planning solutions.

At SII, Lamar leads client onboarding initiatives and relationship management strategies designed to ensure every client experiences a professional, responsive, and seamless transition into the organization’s services. He also oversees the coordination and performance of Account Analysts working to establish and support client relationships in expanding markets nationwide.

Known for his solutions-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal leadership, Lamar plays a critical role in strengthening client retention, organizational growth, and operational scalability across SII’s expanding footprint.

Walter Vorhauer serves as the Secretary of Intelligence at SII, where he oversees the organization’s entire Intelligence and Investigations Division, including investigative operations, intelligence strategy, threat analysis, risk mitigation initiatives, and high-level case oversight.

With a professional background spanning federal law enforcement, homeland security operations, threat assessment, and executive protection training, Walter brings extensive experience in security operations, investigative coordination, and strategic intelligence management. His career reflects a disciplined and analytical approach to identifying risks, managing sensitive situations, and supporting operational decision-making in complex environments.

Born in Toronto, Canada to immigrant parents and later raised in Lansing, Michigan, Walter developed a multicultural perspective early in life through exposure to diverse communities and international travel. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University with dual majors in Evolutionary & Environmental Biology and Zoology, with an emphasis in human physiology and chemistry.

Walter began his federal service career with the National Park Service as a Law Enforcement Park Ranger, serving at Mesa Verde National Park and Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. In 2006, he transitioned into federal policing with the Department of Defense at Naval Station Norfolk, where he gained extensive experience in force protection, military installation security, threat mitigation, and coordination with civilian personnel, foreign military representatives, and diplomatic staff.

In 2011, Walter joined the Department of Homeland Security within Enforcement & Removal Operations, where his responsibilities included monitoring and investigating foreign national criminal offenders, conducting risk assessments, and supporting enforcement operations tied to national security priorities.

Throughout his tenure with DHS, he developed advanced expertise in threat analysis, intelligence gathering, investigative coordination, and operational risk management.
