With more than 20 years of experience spanning business development, product management, software engineering, and organizational leadership, Peter brings a multidisciplinary approach to compliance, operational structure, and corporate oversight. His background includes leadership roles across industries such as information technology, financial trading, steel manufacturing, mining, healthcare, and senior living, where he successfully aligned cross-functional teams and implemented scalable operational frameworks in complex, high-growth environments.
At SII, Peter is responsible for strengthening internal compliance systems, overseeing policy development, supporting legal and contractual review processes, and ensuring organizational alignment with operational standards and regulatory requirements. He also leads strategic HR initiatives focused on workforce development, accountability, organizational structure, and internal performance systems designed to support the company’s long-term growth.

A retired United States Air Force Reserve Colonel with more than 36 years of distinguished military and aerospace leadership experience, Eric brings a rare combination of operational command expertise, global defense relationships, and executive-level commercial strategy to SII. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale programs, managed international operations, and worked alongside some of the world’s most recognized aerospace and defense organizations.
Prior to joining SII, Eric held senior leadership roles across the defense, aerospace, and technology sectors, including executive positions with GE Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, L3 Link Simulation & Training, and Defense & Development Enterprises. His experience spans strategic growth execution, acquisitions support, government relations, aerospace operations, pilot training, and multinational program management.
During his tenure at GE Aerospace, Eric served as Senior Director of Global Accounts, overseeing executive-level relationships and strategic initiatives tied to Lockheed Martin aircraft programs.
He also held leadership roles involving international test operations, military aviation systems, and defense modernization initiatives supporting both domestic and allied nation operations.

With a professional background spanning federal law enforcement, homeland security operations, threat assessment, and executive protection training, Walter brings extensive experience in security operations, investigative coordination, and strategic intelligence management. His career reflects a disciplined and analytical approach to identifying risks, managing sensitive situations, and supporting operational decision-making in complex environments.
Born in Toronto, Canada to immigrant parents and later raised in Lansing, Michigan, Walter developed a multicultural perspective early in life through exposure to diverse communities and international travel. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University with dual majors in Evolutionary & Environmental Biology and Zoology, with an emphasis in human physiology and chemistry.
Walter began his federal service career with the National Park Service as a Law Enforcement Park Ranger, serving at Mesa Verde National Park and Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. In 2006, he transitioned into federal policing with the Department of Defense at Naval Station Norfolk, where he gained extensive experience in force protection, military installation security, threat mitigation, and coordination with civilian personnel, foreign military representatives, and diplomatic staff.
In 2011, Walter joined the Department of Homeland Security within Enforcement & Removal Operations, where his responsibilities included monitoring and investigating foreign national criminal offenders, conducting risk assessments, and supporting enforcement operations tied to national security priorities.
Throughout his tenure with DHS, he developed advanced expertise in threat analysis, intelligence gathering, investigative coordination, and operational risk management.
